The process to be part of our agency is very SIMPLE for the aides.
HHA
Just have to submit an application package and provide us with the following documentation:
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Residence Card or USA Passport if they are citizens
- Car Insurance Policy
- Home Health Aide 75 Hours Course Completion Certificate
- In services Certificates (valid for one year)
- “Assistance with Medication”
- “HIV”
- CPR (valid for two years)
- Void Check for the direct deposit
- Physical Exam (TB test and non contagious diseases)
- COVID vaccination card
Once they apply, we help them to set up the phone app to clock in/out the visits.
We are proud of our relationship with the aides in our agency, and we have great, and almost daily, communication with them.
